Paul Rutasikwa is the co-founder and head distiller of Matugga Distillers in Livingston, Scotland, where he oversees production of the company’s artisan rum range. Multiple trade and industry profiles also describe him as a chartered civil engineer who trained in brewing and distilling at Heriot-Watt University, and he was named Drinks Professional of the Year at the Be Inclusive Hospitality Spotlight Awards.
