Paul-Henry Pellé

Paul-Henry Pellé is the winemaker and current proprietor of Domaine Pellé in Morogues, in France’s Loire Valley Menetou-Salon appellation. He was born in 1985, grew up in Morogues, and took charge of the vineyards and winery in 2007 at age 22 after the family estate’s earlier generations. He is working the domaine with a terroir-focused, parcel-by-parcel approach and guiding the estate toward finesse and consistent quality.
