José Javier Rodríguez Rey, known as Pepe Rodríguez, is the chef and owner of El Bohío in Illescas, Toledo, where he has led the restaurant’s evolution into a Michelin-starred destination focused on modern interpretations of Castile-La Mancha cuisine. He is also a television juror on MasterChef España, a role he has held since 2013.
