Philippe Etchebest is a French chef and television personality who leads Maison Nouvelle in Bordeaux’s Chartrons district, a restaurant he opened in December 2021. Maison Nouvelle is explicitly identified as his restaurant on the official site, and Michelin lists it at 11 rue Rode, Bordeaux; Etchebest is also associated with Le Quatrième Mur in Bordeaux. Public reporting notes that Maison Nouvelle earned two Michelin stars in 2025, adding to his earlier Michelin recognition at other Bordeaux-area restaurants.
