Pierre-Henri Morel

Pierre-Henri Morel is the chef at Les Magnolias in Le Perreux-sur-Marne, where he took over the kitchen in 2014 and later worked alongside his father, Jean Morel, in running the restaurant. He trained in classical French kitchens and is having worked at the Hôtel de Crillon, Plaza Athénée, and Pershing Hall before returning to Les Magnolias.
