Pierre Merlet appears to be a French agri-engineer and member of the Merlet family distilling business in Saint-Sauvant, where he joined the family enterprise in 2006 after starting his career at Cave Berticot in Duras. He is focusing on production and quality for the Merlet range, while his brother Luc handles commercialization and marketing.
