    Quenee Vilar is a Filipino chef, co-owner, and chef at Celera in Makati City, where she serves as executive sous chef alongside chef-owner Nicco Santos. Celera is a contemporary Asian restaurant at Comuna, 238 Pablo Ocampo Sr. She is a collaborator behind several Manila dining concepts over the past decade, including Hey, Handsome, Aurora, and Celera.
