Rachel Sillcocks is the co-owner and co-founder of Hilda and Jesse, a queer-owned restaurant in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood that opened in 2021. The restaurant earned a Michelin star, and Sillcocks received the 2024 MICHELIN Guide California Outstanding Service Award.
