i. Biography
Ray England is an executive chef active in Charleston, South Carolina, where he became executive chef at Husk in March 2022 after previous leadership roles in the region. Earlier, he worked as executive chef at Tavern & Table in Mount Pleasant and as executive chef at Scarecrow & Co. in Charleston, and he also spent years at Craft Los Angeles under Tom Colicchio and chef Matt Accarrino. He grew up in North Fork, Idaho, on his family’s ranch/farm and later attended culinary school in Portland, Oregon.
