i. Biography
Rémi Courcenet is a Boise-based chef and co-owner of Terroir, which began as a culinary project tied to Telaya Wine Co. in Garden City and later expanded into Terroir Bistro in downtown Boise. He is the former food and beverage director at The Modern Hotel and Bar, and a 2025 James Beard semifinalist as part of Terroir’s culinary duo with Nathan Whitley.
