i. Biography
Réza Nahaboo is a Mauritian and Réunion-born sommelier whose career has included restaurants and luxury hotels in Switzerland, including the Royal Savoy in Lausanne and positions at L’Ermitage, Crissier, the Grand Hôtel Suisse Majestic, Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues, and Hostellerie du Pas de l’Ours. He has also been named 12th Best Sommelier of the World ASI 2023 and became a Master Sommelier in 2026.
