Grayson College in 2015 marked a formative step in Richard Bowen’s development, sharpening the practical side of the work ahead. From 1995 to 2016, he worked as a driver at XPO Logistics Supply Chain Corporate Services, Inc, building a career through steady, hands-on repetition.
