Richie Lin

Richie Lin is the Hong Kong-born chef and founder behind MUME in Taipei, which opened in 2014 and quickly became known for its contemporary cooking built around Taiwanese ingredients and European techniques. He later established MUME Hospitality Group in 2020 to expand the restaurant’s sustainability-led philosophy and local-ingredient focus. Earlier in his career, he worked in Australia and Denmark, including Quay in Sydney and Noma in Copenhagen, before returning to Asia to open MUME.
