i. Biography
Robert Trzópek is the creator and head chef of Bez Gwiazdek in Warsaw, a restaurant focused on rediscovering and reinterpreting regional Polish cuisine through a seasonal, minimalist approach. Before opening Bez Gwiazdek in November 2016, his résumé included work at Noma, El Bulli, Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, and Tamka 43. He has also been recognized as Szef Roku (Chef of the Year) in Central Poland by NewsGastro.
