    i. Biography

    Roberta Hall-McCarron is a Scottish chef and restaurateur based in Edinburgh, known as the chef-patron and co-owner of The Little Chartroom, Eleanore, and Ardfern. After culinary training including years at The Kitchin and Castle Terrace, she launched The Little Chartroom in 2018 to wide critical acclaim. She achieved national prominence representing Scotland on BBC's Great British Menu, winning the fish course in 2021, and was named SquareMeal's Female Chef of the Year.
