Roberta Sudbrack is a Brazilian chef from Porto Alegre, best known for her eponymous restaurant in Rio de Janeiro’s Jardim Botânico/Zona Sul and for leading the kitchens of Brazil’s Presidential Palace after starting her career selling hot dogs on the streets. She is widely described as self-taught and as a key figure in modern Brazilian cuisine.
