i. Biography
Roland Piollot is the fifth-generation winegrower at Champagne Piollot in Polisot, in Champagne’s Côte des Bar. He began bottling the family’s own Champagne in 1986. He works with his wife Dominique Moreau, and their daughters Jeanne and Rose have joined the estate team.
