Ronny Siewert

Ronny Siewert has led the kitchen at the gourmet restaurant Friedrich Franz in Grand Hotel Heiligendamm, Bad Doberan-Heiligendamm, since March 2008. The hotel’s official restaurant page says he completed his culinary apprenticeship with Henning Steller at Maritim Hotel Halle, became head chef at Chezann in Warnemünde in 2005, and earned his first Michelin star there before moving to Heiligendamm. The same official source states that he has defended the Michelin star for Friedrich Franz every year since 2008.
