i. Biography
Rosa Macías is the chef at Bar FM in Granada, Spain, where she has helped turn the restaurant, opened in 1985, into a recognized seafood destination with a Michelin Plate. She is a self-taught cook who focuses on daily market-driven fish and shellfish, especially product from Motril, and on simple techniques such as frying and grilling.
