Rubén Miralles is a chef and restaurateur in Vinaròs, Castellón, where he leads the restaurant that bears his name and presents contemporary, market-driven cooking built around local products such as Vinaròs langoustine and Delta del Ebro duck. He trained in Benicarló and worked as head chef in restaurants across the province before launching his own project in Vinaròs in 2018. The restaurant is listed by the Michelin Guide as a modern-contemporary cuisine venue in Vinaròs, with Rubén Miralles identified as the chef at the helm.
