i. Biography
Rüdiger Flik is a German winemaker and founder of Flik Sektmanufaktur in Mainz-Laubenheim, where he produces sparkling wine using the traditional bottle-fermentation method. He is a trained oenologist/wine technician who studied in Geisenheim and later founded the Sektmanufaktur in 2011, with operations relocated to the Marienhof cellars in Mainz in 2016.
