The Path
Ryan Nuqui’s career has moved through large-format hotel and resort kitchens with a clear executive track: Executive Chef at Caesars Entertainment Corporation (2014–2016), Executive Chef at SAMBA BRANDS MANAGEMENT (2016–2018), Head Chef at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts (2018–2020), and Executive Chef at HRK Restaurant Group (2020–2021). Since 2021, Ryan Nuqui has served as Executive Chef Kusa Nori of Resorts World Las Vegas.
