Ryan San Diego is the bar manager at Shelter Cocktail Bar in Calgary, where he has helped build the venue’s cocktail program around “active aromatic compounds,” a flavor concept highlighted by Canada’s 100 Best in 2026. He was also recognized with Canada’s 100 Best’s Innovator Award in 2026 for his work at Shelter.
