Pierre Marquet is a French mixologist and beverage consultant currently leading the cocktail program at the seaside restaurant Le Golfe in La Marsa, Tunisia. Previously based in Paris and Barcelona, he worked at Hôtel du Collectionneur, Big Mamma Group, and Paradiso before co-founding Nami Cocktail Club in Paris in 2019. At Le Golfe, he creates Mediterranean-focused cocktail pairings that complement the restaurant's regional recognition.
