i. Biography
Ryujiro Nakamura is the chef-owner of Sushi Ryujiro in Tokyo, which opened in November 2019 in Minami-Aoyama near Gaienmae/Aoyama-itchome.. He trained in the lineage of Mitsuyasu Nagano and took over his mentor’s restaurant after the mentor’s sudden passing before opening his own place in 2019.
