Sarah Ravitz is Executive Chef at The Clocktower in New York. A California native, she rose through Washington, D.C. kitchens before spending six years at minibar by José Andrés, where she served as Executive Sous Chef and Head Chef and helped maintain two Michelin stars. She later led Shilling Canning Company's kitchen before moving to The Clocktower.
