Sarah Ravitz is a California-born chef who rose through the ranks of Washington, DC's fine dining scene, beginning her career at Alta Strada before advancing to roles at Conosci and minibar. At minibar, she served as Executive Sous Chef and Head Chef, maintaining the restaurant's two Michelin stars during her tenure. In 2024, she transitioned to lead the kitchen at Shilling Canning Company, a mid-Atlantic restaurant located in Navy Yard, Washington, DC.
