i. Biography
Seán Doyle was appointed head chef at Liss Ard Estate in Skibbereen, County Cork, in 2023, where he leads the Garden restaurant’s farm-to-table program focused on estate-grown produce and West Cork suppliers. He is originally from Killarney and began his culinary career in 2006, working in kitchens including the Park Hotel Kenmare, the Merrion Hotel in Dublin, and Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud before moving to L’Ecrivain, where he became head chef in 2018.
