That training led into a visible position in Chilean wine: Chief Winemaker of Viña Tarapacá since 2014. Where They Are Now

Balance in the vineyard is central to Ruiz’s approach to wine. Sebastián Ruiz’s signature wines include Heritage 2008, Heritage 2011, Pioneer 2012, Etiqueta Dourada, and Etiqueta Branca. Read together, those labels show range within a controlled house style: the Heritage bottlings, the directional note of Pioneer, and the distinct presentation of Etiqueta Dourada and Etiqueta Branca. The common thread is clarity, with balance as the through line.
