Sergei Kiefel is the General Manager of Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, Colorado, where he started in 2016 and advanced from front-of-house roles, including glass polisher and front server, into management. Frasca’s team, including Kiefel, received the 2019 James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Hospitality, and Kiefel and the front-of-house team won the 2023 MICHELIN Guide Colorado Outstanding Service Award.
