In 2024, Bellustar Journey ~Akkeshi Whisky Experience~ paired Kushiro Ezo corned venison with Akkeshi Whisky 24 Seasons labels Shosetsu, Keichitsu, and Seimei. Two years later, Bellustar Journey ~Tsunuki Goto Whisky Experience~ became the 11th installment, followed by Bellustar Journey 〜Japanese Whisky Pairing Course Experience〜, the 12th edition built around five rare Japanese whiskies, including Hibiki 17 Year.
