i. Biography
Shin Chang-ho is the chef-owner of Joo Ok, an modern Korean fine-dining restaurant in Manhattan, New York City. After founding Joo Ok in Seoul in 2016 and earning two Michelin stars, he relocated the restaurant to New York in 2024. Under his leadership, Joo Ok New York earned one Michelin star in 2024 and two Michelin stars.
