i. Biography
He studied agriculture and viticulture at the Faculty of Agriculture in Rehovot and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completed graduate studies in enology at UC Davis, and gained practical experience at San-Martin winery before spending nine years as head winemaker at Carmel wineries.
