Sid Evans is the editor-in-chief of Southern Living. He directs the brand’s editorial coverage of Southern food, homes, travel, and culture across print, digital, social, and live events. At the Food & Wine Classic in Charleston, he participates in the Hamburger America conversation about the history of the hamburger.
