Sinem Özler

Sinem Özler is the executive chef and partner of Seraf Mahmutbey and Seraf Vadi in Istanbul, Turkey. After an initial career in advertising, she joined Seraf in 2015 and took leadership of the kitchen to pioneer a contemporary revival of traditional Anatolian heritage cuisine. Under her culinary direction, Seraf earned recommendations in the Michelin Guide, three toques from Gault & Millau Türkiye, and a place on the World's 50 Best Discovery list, as well as 'One Knife' recognition at The Best Chef Awards.
