i. Biography
Somer Sivrioğlu is an Istanbul-born Turkish chef and restaurateur who founded Efendy in Australia in 2007 after living in Turkey for 25 years and going to Australia for an MBA. He is the restaurant’s Executive Chef and Co-founder, and states that he also opened Anason in 2016 and continues to manage and cook for his restaurants.
