i. Biography
Stéphane Chéramy is the Executive Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, a role he has held since 2006. He previously worked as Executive Pastry Chef and a pre-opening team member at The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota, and as Assistant Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Naples after moving to the United States in 1998 to join The Bellagio in Las Vegas. He has also trained pastry chefs for Ritz-Carlton Worldwide and has been involved in pastry competitions and judging.
