Cédric Grolet

Cédric Grolet is a French pastry chef born in Firminy, Loire, who joined Fauchon in Paris in 2006 before moving to Le Meurice, where he became sous-chef and was named head pastry chef in 2012. He is associated with Le Meurice in Paris and later opened pastry boutiques under his own name, including Cédric Grolet Opéra and Cedric Grolet at the Berkeley in London. He has been recognized as one of the world's leading pastry chefs, with major accolades including the 2018 World's Best Pastry Chef recognition cited.
