Stephen McLaughlin

Stephen McLaughlin is the head chef of Restaurant Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles in Auchterarder, Scotland. He joined Andrew Fairlie’s brigade at age 17 and spent 26 years working alongside Fairlie, later carrying forward the restaurant’s ethos after Fairlie’s death. The restaurant has held two Michelin stars since 2006, and McLaughlin is identified by the restaurant as the head chef responsible for guiding its next generation.
