Sterling Buckley is a Las Vegas chef who has served as executive chef at Palate Restaurant at the Arts District in Las Vegas since October 2023. Prior to that, he worked as executive chef at La Cave at Wynn Las Vegas, Gordon Ramsay Steak, and Honeysalt, and as executive sous chef at Momofuku; he has also appeared nationally on Food Network’s Chopped.
