Su Wong Ruiz appears in hospitality coverage as the former general manager of Momofuku Ko in New York City, and a 2018 London event announcement says she started her career as a chef in New Mexico before moving to New York and shifting into service management. Publicly available sources also show she was a general manager at Momofuku Seiōbo in Sydney and previously managed Patina, but no credible source found here confirms a current hospitality role.
