Summer Chen is the co-founder of Vender in Taichung, Taiwan, a cocktail bar opened with her partner Darren Lim after she returned home from a bartending career in Singapore. Vender’s concept is built around a vending-machine premise and has received strong regional recognition, including placement in Asia’s 50 Best Bars rankings.
