Symeon Papanikolaou is one of the three co-founders behind The Bar in Front of the Bar in Athens, a streetside cocktail bar on Petraki Street launched in 2021. The venue was described by The World’s 50 Best Bars as the brainchild of Alexandros Tselepis, Konstantinos Theodorakopoulos, and Simeon Papanikolaou, and later recognized on the 2025 list at No. 47.
