    i. Biography

    Tássia Magalhães is the chef and co-owner of Nelita in Pinheiros, São Paulo, where she leads an all-women kitchen and serves contemporary Italian-inspired cuisine with Brazilian ingredients. The restaurant opened in 2021 and has since earned recognition in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, including a No. 12 ranking in 2025 and a best female chef honor in Latin America in 2025/2026 coverage. Earlier in her career, she worked for nearly a decade at Pomodori in São Paulo, where she rose to chef in 2013 and later became proprietor.
