Takehiro Asazu is a chef and co-owner of Uroko in Austin, Texas, where he and Kayo Asazu founded the restaurant in 2019 with Masazumi Saio. He is one of the chefs running Uroko’s omakase service and part of Uroko’s James Beard semifinalist team for Best Chef: Texas in 2025.
