Takeshi Morooka is the chef associated with Sushi Shunei in Paris and Seestern at Hotel LAGO in Ulm. Sushi Shunei’s official site says he is a chef with 30 years of sushi experience, formerly of Ginza Onodera, and that he has also trained chefs in Japan as an instructor. A separate official venue page identifies Chef Takeshi Morooka as leading Seestern’s kitchen in Ulm.
