Tara Curtis

Tara Curtis is the Wine & Bar Director at Verbena in Prairie Village, Kansas, where she leads seasonal cocktail and mocktail development, curates the wine list, and supports private-events beverage planning. She has nearly 20 years of restaurant experience, previously worked at Union Square Cafe in New York as a captain for private events, and also spent years at Gram and Dun plus other restaurants and bars during her college years at Mizzou. She is also an opera singer and is currently studying for a Court of Master Sommeliers certification with a full scholarship.
