Teófilo Asenjo was an ancestor of the Asenjo family in La Horra, Ribera del Duero, remembered by Bodegas Asenjo&Manso as a land-loving grower whose family roots in viticulture date to about 1908, when Aquelino Asenjo began planting vineyards in the village. No reliable source located him as the winery’s current winemaker.
