Thibaut Gamba is the executive chef at Le Logis de la Cadène in Saint-Émilion, where he took over the kitchen in September 2023. The restaurant describes his cooking as focused on plants and the sea, and a Krug ambassador page says he composes a culinary journey built around maritime Aquitaine and rural Aquitaine ingredients. He had previously led La Table du Clarance in Lille for six years, where his work earned professional recognition and public acclaim.
