Thierry Violot-Guillemard is the Burgundy winemaker behind Domaine Thierry Violot-Guillemard in Pommard, where he joined the family domaine in 1978 and later became the sole operator of several key parcels including Pommard Epenots, Rugiens, Platière, and Derrière Saint-Jean, plus Beaune Clos des Mouches.
