Thomas Hill is the Lead Distiller at Kings County Distillery, New York City's oldest post-Prohibition craft whiskey distillery located at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. In this role, he oversees daily whiskey production operations, managing open-fermentation and copper pot still distillation. His work supports the distillery's portfolio of spirits, including straight bourbon, peated bourbon, and Empire rye.
